Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales leads to increase PVBS’ pipeline and grow revenue. In addition, the incumbent will maintain the Sales database with all updated information on leads by managing records of contacts and accounts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The Inside Sales Representative will primarily conduct outbound calls to collect data, schedule appointments for sales representatives and collaborate with internal resources to drive key metrics and sales targets. This position works closely with Sales and Marketing to develop and drive sales campaigns. This is an exciting new role on our Marketing team and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to interact with our clients and new prospects.

The candidate applying for this position must have:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Marketing or Business Management)
• 2 years of experience in Sales, Telesales or Telemarketing, with a software company is a plus
• Strong experience in pre-call planning, call control, and account development
• Ability to qualify opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
• Knowledge of tracking call activity to qualify leads, and strong follow up skills
• Knowledge of technology and software systems
• Must be self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm
• Must have a high level of integrity and work ethic

Support Consultant
The Support Consultant provides efficient, professional and friendly delivery of support services to PVBS customers. This role is responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and is the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely solutions to customer needs. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, flexible, self-starter who can multi-task to provide frontline software technical and best practice support. Our team is made up of passionate individuals who see the value they add and the importance of what they do!

Responsibilities
• Lead point of contact for all issues related to assigned customers
• Customer advisor responsible for tracking and reporting key account metrics
• Strive to meet and/or exceed delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Diagnose underlying event to estimate mean time to repair; perform logical steps to resolve and document the event through utilization of tools, skills and analyst’s expertise
• Escalate events to the appropriate group when unable to resolve; when appropriate, provide assistance to the escalation team
• Represent PVBS to our customers every day by being professional and responsive to their needs

Qualifications
• BS. Degree in related area preferred or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in application software support or multiple years solid customer service experience with a passion for technology
• Expert troubleshooter and problem solver: find simple answers to complex questions or problems, think outside the box, effectively use knowledge gained through prior experience, education and training to resolve issues
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Experienced using Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred
• Must be flexible with a “can do” attitude and have the ability to remain professional under high pressure situations
• Must have a proven track record of working independently as well as in a team environment

Sales Professional
Pleasant Valley Business Solutions (PVBS) is looking for a sales professional with experience selling ERP, financial management or project accounting software solutions in a government contracting environment. The candidates should have a proven record of identifying new leads, negotiating contracts, and closing business opportunities in the, but not limited to, the Maryland, Virginia and DC area. You should be self-sufficient in scheduling sales calls, mailing supporting material, maintaining calendar, etc. and grow business by adding $2.0M in bookings/revenue by targeting a mixed of accounts while calling on C-level executives. The position includes base with an un-capped commission plan and generous benefits.

Role qualifications:
• BA in business administration, , finance, accounting, marketing, or related field; or a combination of equivalent education and experience required.
• 5 years of experience selling complex software solutions, will understand and be well networked in the government contracting industry and helpful if you have a large rolodex of government contractor connections
• 7+ years of prospecting, qualifying, overcoming objectives.
• Prior experience selling services in the following areas: Accounting, human capital management, or IT Services or products such as Deltek, IBM, Microsoft products.
• Knowledge of government contracting industry.
• Prior ERP solution preferred.
• Proved ability to exceed million dollar+ sales quotas
• Contract and proposal development experience a benefit.
• Financial justification skills.

Client Account Manager
The Client Account Manager is responsible for internally managing assigned client accounts by evaluating and anticipating client needs and responding to client requests. Additionally, this position is responsible for detecting and escalating to management unresolved client issues or frustrations. The Client Account Manager is responsible for Enhancement Plan maintenance revenue regeneration rate of 95% of the assigned clients.

Responsibilities
• Manage Microsoft Enhancement Plans for assigned client list to a 95% renewal/enhancement rate by evaluating and anticipating client needs and using industry and product knowledge to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Field and appropriately respond to requests for quotes on additional software (PVBS and 3rd Party), licenses and change requests for newly assigned and currently assigned clients.
• Generate client licenses as needed
• Coordinate third party software quotes, orders and maintenance plans and participate as needed in the demos or discussions to facilitate between clients and third party vendors
• Conduct and participate in requirements gathering (involving consultants as needed) to accurately document the clients needs and communicate these requirements to the consulting team for assigned clients
• Responsible for facilitating effective communication between the consulting team, IT and partners, and the client regarding questions, recommended changes etc.\
• Coordinate meetings and calls between the required parties as needed to ensure effective communication for all escalated support issues, defects and other issues
• Schedule delivery of solutions resulting from client change requests
• Responsible for gaining a working knowledge of the software (Dynamics NAV) and the industry (Government Contracting) to effectively communicate between clients and consulting team, sell enhancement plans to assigned clients and manage client relationships.
• Coordinate with hosting company to complete order forms based on the contract amounts
• Generate New Customer Software Orders licenses files
• Visit client sites to identify progress and/or open issues, document and assign resources to complete them.
• Detect and escalate support ticket or issues to the team and/or PBVS management for resolution when customers are not getting the expected support or responsiveness.
• Coordinate Boot camp training classes with targeted customers; ensuring manuals are printed, and food is ordered
• Additional responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
O Customer referral list
O CSAT Index-Survey
O User Group Portal (publishing KB articles)
O Customer Survey Program
O Documentation updates
O Support ticket triage
• Monthly reporting for outstanding support tickets, change requests and customers leasing NAV as required by clients
• Complete weekly reporting as required by Operations Manager
• Other duties as assigned

Education
• Bachelor’s degree related to business (accounting or finance a plus)
• 4-6 years of experience in sales or account management

Required experience
• Knowledge of Accounting and ERP systems
• Previous experience providing client support or sales preferably in a client driven organization; knowledge of government contracting industry preferable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Ability to interact with clients and staff at all levels of computing knowledge
• Previous client support experience preferred
