The Projility EVM Solution and Dynamics NAV from PVBS
The Projility EVM Solution for Government provides a fully integrated earned value management solution, built on the Microsoft Office System and leveraging best-in-class EVM cost and reporting tools, to help contractors comply with new Federal mandates. Coupled with strong process development and training, the Projility EVM solution can help move your organization towards full ANSI-748 compliance, or help meet specific compliance requirements of a specific set of customers.
The solution uses Microsoft Project Server, Project Professional, and Microsoft SQL Server applications that are already standards in most organizations, to build and maintain project scope, technical and schedule baselines. A data mart has been added to maintain trending and performance data, and the Projility solution comes with ten pre-built standard EVM reports most commonly used for reporting to Federal customers. Configuration to Microsoft Project Professional and Project Server allows project managers to track and status projects using seven earned value progressing methods. Leveraging best-in-class, proven EVM cost engines, the Projility EVM solution helps provide a full-lifecycle project and program planning, tracking, reporting, and management toolset your organization can grow with. The solution allows contractors to start with a small Pilot, and ‘grow into’ more complex, mature EVM functionality over time.
With the Dynamics NAV from PVBS solution coupled with the Projility EVM solution, government contractors can:
- Centralize all cost, schedule, and performance data into a single set of data repositories
Establish standard WBS definitions with Earned Value method types across some/all projects
